Full-service catering from 20 to 2000... from fun to fancy, we make your event feel like you are eating Mom's home cooking! All dishes are made with high quality, local ingredients. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call us (405-226-3609). Custom catering is our specialty!  How many do you need to feed and what's your budget? We'll give you options from there. We make it easy so you can enjoy your special event.

Custom Catering Full service catering is available. Eddie’s will tailor an event to meet your needs.

Custom Menu Pricing

Factors involved in determining a custom menu:

  • Type of Event / Service Prior Relationship with Eddie’s Market Price of Menu Ingredients
  • A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to hold your event date. This deposit will be applied to the total bill for your event.
  • A total guest count (what you will be charged for) is required 4 days prior to function.

  • Salads & Soup

    Salads are assembled buffet style with dressings on the side. Small: 6-8 per, $36; Medium: 10-12 per, $50; Large: 12-15 per, $60.

    House Salad
    Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded cheese & croutons with ranch dressing. 39

    Asian Salad
    Romaine and shredded iceberg lettuce, mesclun greens, roasted peanuts, hoisin chicken, diced red onions, mandarin oranges, candied almonds
    and sesame ginger dressing. 59

    Cobb Salad
    Romaine and house greens, black olives, colby cheese, bacon, tomatoes, bleu cheese and
    honey mustard dressing. 59

    Strawberry Fields
    Glazed strawberries, pecans, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges and parmesan cheese with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 59

    Greek
    Spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, pitted olives, wedge tomatoes, and cucumber tossed in a delightful lemon dressing. 59

    Baked Chicken Pecan
    Shredded Romaine and house greens, with a combo of dried cranberries, celery, feta cheese, mandarin oranges and baked pecan crusted chicken breast. Serve with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 59

    Caesar
    Romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, croutons, artichoke hearts, roasted chicken and Caesar dressing. 39
